Today, Lake Norman High School (NC) four star 2024 offensive tackle Ethan Calloway has announced his commitment to the LSU Tigers. The 6’7, 300 pound prospect from Mooresville, North Carolina chose the Tigers over Georgia, Florida, and Penn Statee after taking visits there.
Calloway is ranked as a top five player in North Carolina and a top 20 offensive tackle in the country. The highly recruited offensive tackle credited the culture at LSU and the people involved with his recruitment as a key aspect to his commitment, especially having taken three visits over the last nine months. Overall, this is the 18th commitment for the LSU Tigers and the second offensive lineman to commit to LSU for the 2024 class joining John Ehret High School 2024 offensive lineman Khayree Lee.
This is another major pickup for Brian Kelly, Brad Davis, and the whole recruiting staff as they have shown to not only lock down the state of Louisiana, but also get some of the top players around the country nationally.
